Born in the melting pot of Brooklyn, we’re destined to spread our Vietnamese-inspired taste to the rest of the world. Vietnamese cuisine is the favorite of many, yet foreign or inaccessible for others. Especially from home.

The holy nectar in Vietnamese cooking is fish sauce (nước mắm). When mắm (fermented fish) is balanced with some sugar, spice and zest, the umami sensation can send tastebuds to enlightenment.

There are some who aren’t afraid to harness the potential of fermented fish in a bottle. And that’s good. But there are even more people who are daunted by the potency and don’t have the same exposure to travel to flavor nirvana. And that’s bad.

For us, we look beyond following a traditional approach to our products but are bounded by our Vietnamese heritage of showing love through good tasting food. Culture evolves when passing through generations and we are sampling the best-in-flavors to make them more accessible in both foreign and familiar contexts.
